Immediate Supervisor: General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Part-Time (less than 30 hours/week)
Summary:
Crew Members are trained for many different positions within the restaurant. Some of those positions may include:
Runner/Frontline Coordinator
Order Taker/Dining Room Attendant
Grill Operator
Sandwich Maker
Drink Coordinator
Register Operator
Assistant Manager
There are additional responsibilities associated with the opening and closing of the restaurant that the Crew Member will be responsible to complete dependent upon work shift.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Offers friendly service to all guests
Takes customer orders, maintains fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations
Operates grill in an efficient and safe manner
Ensures company standards for equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Maintains the restaurant with regard to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility
Uses the company cash register accurately and maintains proper control of company assets
Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties
Other duties as assigned by General Manager or Assistant Manager

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
