Customer Service Assistant
We are hiring a very friendly person to talk to our customers on the phone and assist with the work as a team player.
Must be naturally friendly.
Must be friendly with people who call in upset and to help the person get turned around.
Please don't fake it. Within two weeks we'll both be miserable.
We are looking for a very honest and responsible person with very good customer service, patient and willing to learn.
The main tasks will be to:
answer the phone and messages that customers do every day, and provide support to the team.
No experience needed.
Must be good with a computer and PEOPLE.
