TWO STORE MANAGER OPENINGS

2 - LINDON
Responsibilities, Duties & Abilities:
- Ability to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- This position requires someone capable of managing a staff of up to 5 to 10 employees.
- Emphasize the companies core values in your daily work
- Work 40 hours plus a week Monday to Saturday
- Work a minimum 5 days a week, 40 hours a week.
- Interview and hire employee
- Train, mentor, and manage employees
- Manager all aspects of the store (cleanliness, merchandising, presentation, payroll/scheduling, sales, selling, customer service, outside cleanliness, safety, training, dress code and more)
- Reporting (sales reports, required reports, human resource information and more)
- Good Communication Skills (with Buyers, Accounting and senior management)
- Follow and implement directives given from the corporate office
- Travel to West Jordan for a monthly managers meeting (usually the first Wednesday of every month)
- Ordering (in a timely manner)
- Confident, in-charge, a self-starter.
- Up beat and energetic.
- Proactive at learning and problem solving.
- Engaged and aware of everything that goes on in the store.
- High attention to detail.
- Know how to count and understand math.
- Comfortable working with word and excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Previous management experience is a plus.
