Telephone Agent
Employer is a locally owned Market Research firm. Telephone Agents are responsible for conducting public opinion surveys in a professional manner over the phone on a wide variety of topics. Excellent written and verbal communication, including speaking and reading English, is required. Must be able to follow instructions, be detail oriented and possess excellent phone skills. Knowledge of basic computer skills are required. Bonus' are given for Spanish speakers.
