Money4Life Personal Budget Coach
Responsibilities:
- Teach clients the principles of Envelope Budgeting
- Teach clients the value of creating and living within a Balanced Spending Plan
- Help clients understand how spending less than you make on a consistent basis is the best way to reduce debt and build wealth
- Provide education on the Mvelopes Application and ow to use it to better manage your money on a day-to-day basis
- Educate on how spending management and living within a budget can help you to reduce debt more quickly and effectively
- Teach clients how to track their spending, how to build a spending plan, and how to plan for future expenses using the application
- Create a debt elimination plan
- Set up bill pay
- Use reports to learn from what has happened in the past and to better plan for the future
- Educate on how to use credit cards effectively
- Guide clients through budgeting challenges and help them to keep on track for reaching their goals

Money4Life Coaching Candidates would ideally have a background in finance, education, counseling, or possibly even family and consumer studies. Diverse life experience is a plus. Some experience with the Mvelopes application is preferred, but not required. Candidates need excellent people skills, excellent computer skills, good verbal communication, the ability to listen, a strong desire to help others, and exceptional phone skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Powerpoint is important. Training will be provided. All employees must be eligible to work in the United States. All new hires must successfully complete a background check and a review of references and past employment.
