Agency Sales
Agency Sales position for an insurance agency in Provo, Utah. 15 to 20 hrs a week with possibility of more hours. Assist in the growth of a fast-paced insurance office to help build client relationships and handle a variety of sales and customer service tasks.
Some of the expectations include:
providing an outstanding customer experience for new policy holders, Prospecting for new clients and providing insurance quotes through cold calling as well as calling on warn leads; individual goal setting; evaluating customer needs and offering solutions; and ability to prioritize and work efficiently.
Tasks can include:
customer service, sales calls, phone answering, email, processing paperwork, and client reviews.
Insurance knowledge is not required and will be trained.
Must have excellent customer service, phone and computer skills.
Must enjoy building relationships with people and have an ability to handle multiple tasks and customer requests.
This position requires working with a team and a positive and friendly attitude.
Property and Casualty Insurance Licensing required within 3 weeks of hire.
Agency to provide study materials and reimburse for testing and licensing fees.
