General Manager

Ensures that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, including speed of service, solid product knowledge among all employees, and all other components of customer service.
Analyzes and measures business trends; develops and implements plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
Controls food cost and shrinkage.
Controls labor costs.
Ensures appropriate inventory stock levels.
Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through and internal audits, etc.
Continually evaluates and reacts to performance issues.
Actively recruits potential new employees.
Trains and develops shift leaders in all aspects of the business; directs and monitors training and development for all store personnel.
Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues and deposits; developing and implementing disaster plans; maintaining security and sprinkler systems; maintaining parking lot and walkways.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Owner.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Strong interpersonal & management skills
Excels in communicating with employees and restaurant guests.
High level of organization and attention to detail
At least two (2) years previous restaurant management experience
Excellent judgment in matters pertaining to management
The ability to work well in a team environment; motivate, lead and hold the team accountable.
Ability to process information and product through computer system and POS register system.
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
