The responsibilities for this job include assisting individuals who have disabilities in making applications for Social Security Disability. You will be providing phone consultations with our prospective clients to determine whether or not they qualify for the programs we can assist them with, and to determine whether or not their case is strong enough to warrant our representation. Most employees are promoted from this department within 2-3 months.

Qualifications:
Career-minded individuals that can give at least a one year commitment
Typing of 40
wpm
Must be able to work full time (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
Bachelor degree helpful (not required)
Paralegal Experience helpful (not required)
Spanish speaking helpful (not required)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
