Superintendent

KNP CONSTRUCTION, INC. is looking for skilled Project Superintendents who are experienced in commercial building projects. Applicants will be proficient in scheduling and time management as well as having extensive knowledge of the trades required to build commercial building from the ground up. The ability to comprehensively read and understand Plans, Shop drawings, and submittals, as well as great organizational skills are a must. The applicant must be able to pass a skills test demonstrating the ability to read plans to the employer's satisfaction. Communication skills are also necessary as the applicant will be working with many subcontractors, the office staff, and Project Owners. It is the responsibility of the Superintendent to make sure that each job is completed in the amount of time allotted with the highest degree of quality, while maintaining cost to ensure the project stays within budget.
2 Years of Experience as a Commercial Superintendent
Superintendent will be a hands on, working superintendent.
Knowledge of Construction Trades and Skills
Plan Reading and Comprehension
Organization
Communication
Keeping everyone involved in the job on task and on schedule
Computer skills preferred, training will be provided.
Superintendent will be required to submit daily time cards and pictures to be sent via email.
Must provide your own tools.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
