Associate, Opportunity Development

The Opportunity Development team is an essential cog in Qualtrics sales and marketing efforts and is responsible for a combination of demand response, demand management and demand creation. The primary charge of an Opportunity Development representative is to fill and manage the top portion of the sales pipeline allowing Account Executives to focus on closing business. Exceptional training will be provided for ideal candidates and the Opportunity Development team will serve as a recruiting source for other internal Qualtrics positions. The position reports to the head of Opportunity Development, and will be located at the Qualtrics corporate office in Provo, Utah.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Reliable, confident, and articulate
Desire to progress to sales position
Exceptional interpersonal ability
Highly Competitive & strong work ethic
Bachelor's degree or graduating in the next year
Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and interact with VP level executives
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher (add to list)
Experience using Salesforce.com
Experience cold calling

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
