Summary:
The primary function of the Director of First Impressions is to provide outstanding service so the dealership may ensure a positive customer experience. It is the Director of First Impressions' responsibility to manage customer interactions, either in person or over the telephone, along with performing office duties to support a busy adaptive automotive and equipment dealership.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Meets and greets customers.
Answers phones, provides information and takes messages as needed.
Schedules service appointments as required.
Accepts and signs for packages.
Opens and distributes mail.
Invoices and receives payment at point of delivery.
Reconciles Deposits and creates reports as needed.
Assists in paperwork preparation for service and vehicle sales.
Assists in vehicle titling and financing as needed.
Maintains HIPPA/Red Flag standards at all times.
Maintains showroom and customer waiting area.
Maintains records by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.
Communicates with HDQ employees as needed to resolve issues or fulfill information requests.
Other duties as required to support the dealership.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized.
Self motivated and ability to work with limited direction.
Punctual and reliable.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
Experienced using office systems and applications such as Quickbooks, MS Office (Word, Excel), ACT! or other CRM.
Previous automotive dealership experience highly desirable.
Work Environment:
The Director of First Impressions will be working indoors in a retail office environment.
The position may require running local errands and deliveries.
The position will require long periods of sitting or standing.
The position may be required to lift items up to 20 pounds.
The Director of First Impressions will report to the General Manager in Colorado Springs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
