Fast growing Draper company that specializes in designing, manufacturing and installing data center containment is now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be self-motivated and able to multi-task.

2 to 5 years previous experience shipping/receiving
Supervisor Skills
Experience with FishBowl and/or QuickBooks.
Needs to know UPS World Ship, Fed Ex., etc.
Must be computer literate with Word, Excel, emails, and able to learn other systems that may be used.
Attention to detail.
May assist workers in shipping and receiving activities.
Maintain communication between supervisors, quality department, customer service, purchasing department, customers, trucking companies, etc.
A valid driver's license is required and must be maintained.
Will use company truck for pick-up and delivery's of product, excellent driving record required.
Needs to be able to drive a box truck (automatic).
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipment.
Prepares bills of lading.
Will have interaction with vendors, good communication skills necessary

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
