Retail Store Manager Trainee

As a Store Manager Trainee, the candidate will be trained and responsible for:

The candidate will be involved in every aspect of the store operation; this position involves a commitment to building teammate and customer satisfaction. While selecting, coaching and developing store teammates, they will be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion of our products and services. Success at this level can open up a wealth of additional challenging career opportunities.

A college degree
Previous retail management experience
Proven track record of success
Post-offer/pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check required.
Valid Driver's License required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
