Retail Store Manager Trainee
As a Store Manager Trainee, the candidate will be trained and responsible for:
Associate Capability and Retention
Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
Providing Products and Services
Creating Results for Teammates, Customers, and the Company.
The candidate will be involved in every aspect of the store operation; this position involves a commitment to building teammate and customer satisfaction. While selecting, coaching and developing store teammates, they will be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion of our products and services. Success at this level can open up a wealth of additional challenging career opportunities.
Chosen candidates will receive education and training on our products, services and processes along with continuing management training in all facets of our business management.

A college degree
Previous retail management experience
Proven track record of success
