Sales & Marketing Manager
Henry Walker Homes is currently looking for a Division Sales & Marketing Manager for their Southern Utah location.
Primary responsibilities include:
Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions; Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology; Oversee division marketing including strategy and development; Analyze sales team, methods, costs and results; Develop and manage budgets; Plan and coordinate public affairs, relations and outreach; Directly manage internal clients; Represent the company at various civic events; Supervise the preparation, issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits and promotion programs; Establish positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors; Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations; Work with other department managers and corporate staff to develop and implement business plans.
BA in related field and 5 years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position.
Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, public relations, sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate teams to produce quality material within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
