Product Development Administrator

Ultradent, a worldwide leader in dental manufacturing, is looking for a Product Development Administrator.
This is a clerical position where the administrator will be responsible for reviewing and updating manufacturing documentation and to facilitate the accurate changes required to work instructions, bills of material, and other necessary documentation. This involves extensive review, interaction with multiple departments, clinical professionals, and manufacturing staff. Active participation in good communications and cGMP is preferred.
Job Duties:
Accurate and timely alterations and creation of documentation
Recognize and champion opportunities for documentation improvement
Effective and appropriate communication with employees and managers of manufacturing areas
Timely follow up on all changes
Manage multiple priorities
Communicate with quality staff and resolve CAPA's and Complaints associated with documentation
Accurate input of data into Oracle, Agile, and other necessary software
Skills Required:
Ability to learn/develop the skills necessary to for document corrections, changes, and review
Strong organizational, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills
Dependable and self-directed
Critical thinking, problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
Basic computer skills - familiarity with Windows based software programs: MS Word, Excel, and Visio
Oracle is a plus
Agile PLM is a plus
Adobe is a plus
Education/
Experience:
2 years administrative/clerical experience or equivalent job experience as listed above

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
