Laborer/Carpenter
Warner & Associates Construction is a commercial general contractor located in Spanish Fork, UT. We specialize in doing work for the LDS Church, School districts, and the State.
We are currently seeking applicants to fill a laborer/carpenter position for projects in Utah and Salt Lake County. This is a Full-time position consisting of 40 hours a week. Candidates must have at least 2-4 years of commercial construction experience including framing, concrete work, installing doors and hardware, and other related task. Applicants will need their own form of transportation to and from jobs. Our company will provide any tools that will be needed. Pay will be $12-$14 an hour.
Because of our clientele, a high standard is placed on our employees. Our employees must dress appropriately without any offensive language or images. Absolutely no alcohol or smoking on the job sites, and our employee will be subjected to random drug testing.
Responsibilities include:
Demolition of existing structures
Minor framing, excavating, concrete, and other prep work directed by the job site superintendent
Installing doors and hardware
Follow all job site safety requirements
Hard working
Must get along well with other employees and subcontractors
