Staff Accountant
This position will support various aspects of the financial cycle including, but not limited to, assisting controller in various audits, and monitoring various metrics of the business to aide in daily operational decisions. This position also requires general accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, Inventory and accruals. Qualified Candidate should have through understanding of GAAP in order to ensure complete, accurate, and timely work.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
. Monitor Accounts Payable
. Bank Reconciliations
. Inventory Transactions including record inventory purchase, COGS, and Inventory reconciliations.
. Intercompany Transactions - Including reconcile other country's expense report, intercompany invoicing and intercompany reconciliations.
. Fixed Asset Accounting
. Month end accruals
. Assist with other month end close entries.
. Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance.
. 2 - 4 years accounting experience in GL.
. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,Etc.)
. Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and have strong work ethic.
. Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through collaboration and teamwork.
