Physical Therapist- Home Health
SDCH's Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist. Applicants will be required to administer physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
Candidates must be licensed in Utah, have excellent communication skills, oversee other staff member as assigned and be willing to provide exceptional care required by the physicians. Previous experience in Home Health preferred.
