Training Specialist
Telarus, Inc. is a distributor of telecommunications products and services through a network of independent sales partners and is expanding in many departments. We are looking for a Training Specialist. This person will train Telarus partners and new company personnel on our back office tools and software.
Key areas of Responsibility:
Train new sales partners over the phone on our custom software and back office
Train new company personnel on our custom software and back office
Answer partner and personnel questions, assist them in utilizing available resources
Provide input to the IT group regarding necessary software updates and changes
Support partner managers by fielding agent questions and assist with issues appropriately
Consults With:
Onboarding Coordinator
Support Manager
Telarus Partner Development Managers
Inside Channel Account Managers
All levels of management
Qualifications:
Effective communicator via phone or email
Proficiency with web conferencing (GoToMeeting)
Demonstrated ability to teach concepts, skills, strategies and processes to others
Strong detail orientation and consistent follow-through on all assigned tasks
Maintain a role of ethics and honesty
Requires TCA certification within 30 days of employment
