Occupational Therapist- Home Health
South Davis Home Health and Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist to improve patient functionality in their home environment, promote safety, and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Therapists will observe record and report the patient's response to treatment and any change in the patient's condition while working with the patient and family to enhance skills and solutions for daily living. SDCH provides the finest in specialty care services. Current OT license in the State of Utah as well as CPR certification required. One (1) year of occupational therapy experience in a home health setting preferred.
