Operations Manager
Law Office in American Fork, Utah seeks Operations Manager to oversee and manage 9 to 12 administrative employees. Position is salaried full-time. Salary Range:
31,000 to 36,000 DOE plus productivity bonuses. The Law Office is highly systemized which means employees must timely and accurately perform a myriad of differing job duties in harmony with others doing the same. As such, the manager must be able to monitor the big picture and step in when and where needed.
Ideal applicants must have experience or maturity to effectively manage, motivate, train, mentor, discipline and reward subordinates. Applicants also must be noticeably organized yet flexible, and autonomous/self-motivating and extremely aware of contributions to overall operation. Computer competency and ease in working in the digital/electronic world is a must.
