Customer Service Specialist

Dialing It Up, a fast growing online lending company, is looking for additional people to add to our talented team. We are currently hiring customer service specialists for full time employment with great work hours Monday-Friday (8-5pm) no weekends or nights.
The right candidate will be highly organized, personable and cheerful, demonstrate excellent customer service, analytic and problem solving skills and have the ability to be productive and work independently while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Primary Responsibility:
Reply to incoming customer service emails with customer account details.
Answer inbound calls regarding customer accounts and explain account details over the phone. Make outbound calls to customers.
Great work environment with advancement in pay opportunities within 90-days based on performance.
$8-10 per hour
Job location: Springville (must be able to travel to Springville daily)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
