Community Sales Manager

Looking for a motivated, licensed real estate professional with outstanding communication skills. We offer excellent training, predictable hours, and a great work environment. Salary plus commission. Five days a week including Saturdays, 11 AM - 7 PM.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate model home, community, area, builder story.
Write Earnest Money Sales Agreements, Homesite Reservations, Addenda, Special Requests, Change Requests, Closing Worksheets
Complete all structural personal selections within 14 days of agreement
Collect construction deposit within 30 or 45 days of agreement, depending on terms of EM Agreement.
Manage buyer's meeting schedules and schedule all meetings with Mortgage Lender, Design Consultant, V.P. of Construction, Superintendent, Warranty Manager, Title Company.
Manage all communication with buyer during building of home.
Follow through with prospects

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
