Line Tech--Swing Shift

Work as a team member in production by ensuring equipment maintains quality standards and expected throughput.
Train other machine operators on safe and effective operation of equipment and provide leadership and direction to machine operators and other production workers.
Perform established and required preventive maintenance to all equipment and keep necessary records.
Observe machine operations, control boards, and gauges to detect malfunctions.
Troubleshoots and problem solves equipment problems.
Observes flow of materials to ensure proper functioning of equipment and processes.
Records details of machine malfunctions and records/reports OEE each shift.
Ensures compliance with safety standards.
Set-up and adjust equipment to produce quality products according to specified standards.
Complete and maintain proper equipment documentation and complete reports as required.
Provide break relief as directed by supervisor.
Properly document quality documentation as required by process.
Other duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be able to speak, read and write the English language proficiently.
Must be able to determine solutions with critical thinking.
Electrical and mechanical experience a plus.
Attention to detail is imperative.
Must have excellent vision.
Basic math skills are essential.
Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies a plus (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, TOC, SMED, etc.)
EXPERIENCE - SCHOOLING/DEGREES REQUIRED:
Candidates must have prior machine operator experience
High School diploma required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Any technical certifications a plus
Any tube filling and/or cartoner machine experience a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
