Pricing Coordinator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Entering and maintaining information in the Oracle customer master file, sales master file, pricing files, contract file and discount customer classes.
Maintain internal competitive data base and provide comparison and margin analysis in Excel as required to Product and Sales Management.
Work with key contacts in I. T. , Marketing, Sales, and at other CM divisions to coordinate and improve processes where required.
Execute various Oracle sales reports, analysis, etc. , and communicate detailed feedback to assist Sales, Plant and Pricing Management in decision making.
Work directly with key Channel Managers to coordinate pricing files, on-line portals, and customer templates to ensure accurate transactions.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Business systems (Oracle expertise is preferred); MS Office software programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Education and Experience
Associate's degree (A. A. ) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or related customer service experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
