Telephone Interviewer Customer Service & Call Center at Geebo

Telephone Interviewer

SSI is the world's leading provider of sampling, data collection and data analytics for survey research. We have a few call centers in the US and our center in Layton is looking for good readers to collect valuable data for our clients. This is not a sales position, we never sell anything. We conduct research surveys over the phone. For example, say you made a purchase at a pet store or had your oil changed. You might receive a call a few days later asking a few questions about the service you received. We make calls like that for a lot of different businesses. We also do a lot of political opinion polling which can be fun and is really interesting. SSI phone agents are responsible for contacting respondents by phone, reading pre-written scripts and accurately typing the information into our online system.
One of the nicest parts of the job is the flexible scheduling. We are generally open M-F between 10am and 10 pm and you may choose from various shifts within those time periods. We also offer weekend shifts. You simply choose the days and shifts you want and we schedule you accordingly. You can choose to work as little as one shift per week or up to 40 hours and can change your schedule week to week if needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
