Outbound Sales Agents
Job
Responsibilities:
Renew preventative maintenance contracts through outbound calls to existing and past customers
Provide high quality and efficient sales presentations to AHS customers
Maintain, at a minimum, target levels of sales, productivity and performance
Document customer interactions and account resolutions
Contribute to the team environment by assisting fellow employees and participating constructively in team meetings
Required Skills and
Qualifications:
Able to accommodate a flexible schedule, as needed
Proficient on computers as expressed in knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems). Experience with any of the following a plus: web-based customer relations tool, Avaya or CTI soft-phone.
Typing speed of 25 WPM or more
Articulate speech; clear and well-modulated speaking voice
Proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation and syntax
Superb listening, probing, negotiation and de-escalation skills needed
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting expertise
1 year
Sales/Retention experience preferred
Previous customer interface experience and the ability to handle upset customers in a professional manner
Proven contact center performance, able to meet compliance, quality and productivity metrics
Previous work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced service environment
Eligible to work in the United States
Compensation:
Sales associates are paid an hourly base ($12/hr for the first 30 days, $9/hr thereafter), plus generous bonus incentives; many of our team members have reached an average of $20/hr+.
