Summary:
Generate revenue by selling worksite wellness programming to companies and worksites throughout the U.S. Be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and closing to achieve sales goals. Develop and implement effective selling and marketing strategies and materials.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following:
Ability to prospect, present, and close
Make outbound calls from warm and cold leads
Continuously generate new prospects by calling prospects for a minimum of 10 hours each week
Cross sell our current book of business
Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with operations management
Demonstrate knowledge of product line, pricing and competition
Effectively communicate program value and service strategies; Proactively engage other employer business opportunities
Meets or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales
Effectively manages prospects by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key information in the prospect database.
Uses in-depth industry and company knowledge and prepare complex proposals
Work closely with WellSteps marketing and business development team
Ideal candidate displays maturity, competitiveness, business savvy and a good work ethic.
Educate and train insurance brokers on how to sell WellSteps on a commission
Work from home and have time flexibility (able to work normal business hours plus additional hours as needed based on company needs or customers needs)
Keep management informed by submitting and reviewing weekly activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and salesforce.com lead processing.
Assist in the development of sales and marketing documents and materials
Participate in all company training and planning meetings
Other minor duties as assigned.
Preference will be given to candidates living in the Utah County Area
Salary plus commissions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
