Maintenance / Handyman
Applicant must be well rounded in all aspects of residential property maintenance. Scope of work includes but is not limited to minor plumbing and electrical, roof repair, drywall patches, paint, finish work, sprinkler systems, evaporative coolers.
Must have own transportation but will get mileage allowance. Must also have own tools
