Ophthalmic Technician

We are hiring a FT Ophthalmic Technician. Some of the duties required for the position include:
Testing patient's far acuity, near acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception, and color perception.
Examine eye for abnormalities of cornea, and anterior and posterior chambers.
Apply drops to anesthetize, dilate, or medicate eyes.
Measure intraocular pressure of eyes (glaucoma test).
Test patient's field of vision, including central and peripheral vision, for defects, and charts test results on graph paper.
Measure axial length of eye.
Performs other tests and measurements as requested by Ophthalmologist or Optometrist.
Gives instructions to patients concerning eye care.
Experience in the eye care field is preferred, but not required. Looking for an individual who is committed to patient care and willing to go above and beyond for each patient. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
