Oversee daily work orders from tenants and property inspections.Schedule subs for work orders. do work orders with the help of other staff members.Talk with owners for approval of items.
Must have own tools and truck or van or trailer to haul stuff around. Have a knowledge of painting,sheetrock,some plumbing,general carpenter
work.A jack of all trades.
