Paralegal
Law office in American Fork is looking for a full-time paralegal to join our staff. This position will work predominantly with an attorney specializing in tax lien and foreclosure.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate with co-counsel to prosecute foreclosure actions in various states
Respond to telephone and email inquiries and provide guidance concerning opportunities and risks associated with foreclosures
Conference with lienholders concerning foreclosure options
Provide lien searches and work with title companies with respect to title work.
Provide customer service and support to lienholders
Prepare correspondence and other necessary paperwork to effectuate lien transfers
Must be available M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Detail oriented
Able to multi-task
Organized
Hard worker
Positive attitude
Able to type 50
WPM
