Maintenance Scheduler/Inventory Coordinator
Ability to work with computers, fluent in Excel, Word, database type systems
Must be able to create word and excel files with pictures and clear instructions
Familiarity with Maintenance and technical terminology
Previous experience with CMMS software a plus (example:
Emaint, Maximo, 7i, MP2)
Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively with internal employees and vendors
Work with multiple vendors to price parts
Have had previous experience working with inventory systems
Ability to identify and coordinate inventory discrepancies
Bi-lingual (both speak and type English/Spanish) a plus
experience with CMMS software a plus (example:
