Office manager

We are looking for a full-time office manager to help run our growing appliance business. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments for service, selling parts and appliances over the counter, handling customer issues as they arise and taking care of part orders and returns. Our office manager will take care of the overall running of our business. We currently have seven employees doing in-home and in-shop service and sales. Feel free to stop by and see what we are all about and to meet our crew.
Experience in a service and sales related business is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preference will be given to a college graduate. Must be great with people and able to work 8-6 Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays when others are on vacation. Hourly pay rate is dependent on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
