General Summary
The Lead Outbound Supervisor position is a leadership role that will assist with the planning, launch and success of our client's outbound campaigns. This position takes on both existing and new accounts, creates the implementation plan, and executes the game plan for customer success. The individual also will monitor and assist with call center performance, quality assurance, customer service and the resolution of issues. This role is responsible for solving problems before they exist and delivering magical experiences to clients and customers alike. ROI needs a Jack or Jill of all trades with a devotion to making people happy!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
