Agents can work 25-40 hours per week (on site or at home) responding to inbound sales calls for exciting product brands.
Qualified team members possess the following:
6 Months Prior sales experience required
Basic computer proficiency;
Excellent phone and communication skills;
Responsive to coaching, training, and mentoring;
Excellent active listening skills;
Effective team player;
Adaptable to change;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to follow scripts and performance processes;
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail;
Able to attend occasional team meetings outside regularly scheduled shifts;
