HR GENERALIST TACONIC, A global leader in the manufacturing of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, belts, tapes and laminates seeks an HR Generalist for our office in Petersburgh, NY to coordinate and maintain Taconic's human resources activities related to employment. Provide human resource services including staffing, employment processing, records management and employee relations while ensuring compliance with all laws and company procedures. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. PHR certification preferred. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of two years of related human resource experience. Experience with MS Office required. Must be able to process payroll using ADP. Must maintain a high level of professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality in all human resource matters.
