Loan Officer Assistant, Marketing Manager

I am looking for a assistant to help me with my client management, applications, and marketing including social media and realtor appointment setup. Ideal client would have experience in the industry and maybe wants to work in a laid back environment with chance for flexible hours.
The position will require at least 30 hours per week and up to 40. I am flexible with hours and possibly up to 10 hours a week working from home.
Applicant MUST have mortgage experience in as a loan officer or processor. I am going to be spending a lot of time working to teach you what I need and there has to be a commitment to learn in a very fast paced and changing environment.
I am a small company and so you must work well with others and be out going and friendly. Self motivation is a must with an ability to get tasks done completely or gather the answers you need to get them dome quickly.
You must have the following:
1 year or more in the mortgage or real Estate industry on the origination/processing side.
Ability to take calls and make calls as needed to clients and business partners
Very computer literate with experience using blogs, Facebook, and twitter
Experience with Calyx Point a plus
experience with Microsoft Word and Excel a must

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
