Summary:
Performs various duties in the Ad Services Department Ad order entry - Enters ticketed orders in advertising system for publication in our products.
This requires attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Requires interacting with management, sales staff and coordinators Page Layout - Prepares dummies for Editorial Department for each publication.
Prepares and distributes paperwork regarding each publication to departments.
This requires interaction with all departments of our organization.
Pagination - Paginates classified section for each publication using the advertising pagination system for next day publication.
Obits/Legals - Enters obituaries and legal ads in advertising system, sends ad proofs to customers, prepares affidavits for Notary signing, answers customer inquiries and issues regarding Legal and obituary advertising.
Creates and prepares obituary pages for publication using the advertising system for next day publication.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word programs is a plus.
Shift hours are Sunday thru Thursday 10:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
