Part-time Receptionist - 2 positions available
NoahIQ is a software company that provides an innovative recruitment tool for higher education.
The receptionist will act as appointment setter for clients by receiving live video and text chat sessions with prospective students and setting up call-back appointments.
This position is 20 hours per week. Exact schedule is flexible between the hours of 7 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday. Beginning wage is $12/hr or more, depending on experience.
- Energetic, friendly, positive attitude, people-person
- Strong verbal communication skills, good phone voice
- Strong interpersonal skills, receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to sit for 4 hours
