Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative

We have an opening for two part-time telephone sales representatives in our Midvale, Utah contact center. Representatives handle inbound sales and customer service calls from customers looking to learn about and purchase airguns and accessories that they have seen on a website. We're looking for people who are passionate about guns/airguns to help us create an excellent experience for our customers.
If you are outgoing, personable and reliable, we need to speak with you!
The starting wage is typically between $9.00 and $11.00 per hour (depending on your level of experience), with commissions and merit-based increases for performance. We offer paid training and a flexible schedule. Our culture is relaxed and friendly. No Sundays required.

Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday (must be available Monday mornings)
High School diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player who is punctual and goal-oriented
Familiarity with firearms or airguns preferred
Previous phone-based customer service or sales experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
