Customer Care Representative

You will be part of our new team. Helping us grow our customer care department.
Responsibilities include:
Taking inbound call from business associates and answering their questions.
Assisting in the development of customer care policies and procedures for call center employees.
MUST HAVE!
Minimum of 1 year inbound call center and customer service experience
Be highly self-motivated, confident, energetic, and have a positive attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional work ethic, willing and eager to succeed
Unquestionable honesty and integrity
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer knowledge is required
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
High School diploma or equivalent
