General Maintenance
We are looking for someone to do general home maintenance for our rental company. This person must have their own transportation and general tools for everyday use. We are looking for someone with good general plumbing experience and electrical skills. We need an employee that is dependable, reliable, honest, able to work quickly and efficiently, and follow specific instructions when needed, and get the job done. We need someone who pays attention to detail and does the job right the first time. Non-smokers are preferred since most of our rental units do not allow smoking on the premises.
