Progrexion (pro-gresh-uhn) is a progressive, marketing and sales agency with locations in Provo, West Valley, North Salt Lake, South Jordan, UT, and Rexburg, ID. We offer a full range of services with an emphasis in online and direct response marketing. As the exclusive marketer for Lexington Law Firm, we engage consumers with credit problems one by one, and direct them to the #1 credit repair and consumer advocacy law firm in the country.
Position: (Credit Sales Consultant)
Progrexion is the exclusive marketer for Lexington Law Firm, the #1 credit repair and consumer advocacy law firm in the country. As a Credit Sales Consultant you will be calling out to potential clients who have typically either been referred to us, or have asked to be contacted to discuss their financial situation, hear about our Credit Repair services and go over options.
What we offer:
Full-time employment with excellent benefits
Competitive compensation package including commissions and paid training
Top performers earn in excess of $80K per/year
Average employee earns between $12 - $30
per/hour (Fallback guarantee of $8-10 per/hour in place)
Warm leads - no cold calling
No cap on commissions
Extremely short sales cycle, start making commissions quickly
Family medical/dental/vision benefits for full time employees after 90 days
401(k)/Roth IRA with 3% company match
Weekly coaching and feedback from your manager to ensure your success

Computer proficient
Sales experience; Prefer at least 1-2 years of inside sales experience (Financial/mortgage background a plus)
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
Stable, relevant work history
Prefer BA/BS; High School Diploma or GED required
Must pass a background check and drug screen
