Title and Documentation Clerk
Great Dane of Utah, the largest Great Dane semi- trailer dealer in the western United States, has an immediate opening for a full time title and documentation clerk.
- Processes all new and used vehicles for titles in the state in which they will be titled.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder is recorded before processing title applications.
- Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
- Assists in preparing paperwork for trailer sales including invoicing, sales tax forms, etc.
- Performs other office/clerical duties as needed.
- High School diploma
- Two years of related office experience and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service and phone skills.
- Organized.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Notary and previous title experience is preferred.
