Loretto/Kervick Residential Care Home Level III, Rutland, VT RN and/or LPN Supervisory Responsibility We are looking for a caring, compassionate nurse with strong leadership skills to work directly with our residents and staff.
This position:
contributes to the assessments of residents on admission, annually, and on change of condition; participates in the development and modification of care plans; implements resident's treatment/care plans; provides direct personal care as required by the facility or by resident's needs within scope of practice; delegates nursing interventions that may be performed by nursing assistants as approved by DON; evaluates, records, and reports pertinent signs, symptoms, and outcomes of interventions; communicates with physicians as needed; communicates with other facility staff for the purpose of giving and receiving shiftshift report, reporting any unusual events, circumstances or changes in resident condition, reporting conditions and participating in care-planning resident's needs to DON; trains new nursing aide personnel regarding their duties, assignments and responsibilities; completes required documentation in an accurate and timely manner; works to create a harmonious home-like atmosphere for residents; and participates in the triage-on-call system as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
