Security Manager/Facility Security Officer
SPYROS Consulting seeks an experienced Security Manager/Facility Security Officer to manage the physical security and security infrastructure of our Nellis AFB office.
This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in developing and implementing security procedures in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
As a key member of our security team, you will supervise security staff, oversee classified security programs, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Supervise security staff to develop their optimal performance and growth.
Maintain all documentation required to obtain and maintain a Facility Clearance.
Oversee the security for classified security programs operating within the facility.
Administer day-to-day security programs, personnel processing, program security reviews, document control system, audits & self-inspections, violation investigations & reports, receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc.

Must be a U.
S.
Citizen.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, U.
S.
government security clearance.
Must have a successful counterintelligence polygraph.
Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) and/or Special Access Program (SAP) experience preferred.
10
years' experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Security Manager, or equivalent position.
