Operations Director The RTC Operations Director manages non-academic staff (Facilities Supervisor, Marine Superintendent, Laboratory Coordinator, Caretaker, Conference Center Coordinator, and Financial Coordinator); liaises with faculty and scientists; and is the primary contact for main campus administrators in Human Resources and Risk Management, Physical Planning and Development, and the College of Science & Engineering. Responsibilities include all aspects of RTC's facilities including daily operations, tenant.
