Office Administrator

Job description

DQS is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join a busy auto-manufacturer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and completing weekly hours and processing payroll
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Skills

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

 

Ability to Relocate:

  • Hazel Park, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
