Human Resources Manager Position purpose is responsible for assisting in developing, administering and maintaining compliance for a broad range of complex Human Resource functions, including, but not limited to: Leave Administration (Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), American with Disabilities Act (ADA), performance management, employee relations, employment policies, worker's compensation, and staff development.
